Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 2 cup Guacamole - Wholly Guacamole 2 Tbsp, 2 serving Vegenaise - Roasted Garlic, 2 serving Onion powder, 1 tsp Celery, raw, 1/4 cup, diced Cauliflower, raw, 1/4 cup Tofu no-egg salad, 4 oz
Drain & rinse chickpeas/garbanzo beans, drain again. Mash chickpeas/garbanzo beans with potato masher. Chop celery & cauliflower, set aside. Add guacamole, Vegenaise & onion powder to peas/beans. Stir to mix well. Stir in chopped veggies. OPTIONAL: add 2 t vegan chicken flavored powder, add 1/4 cup chopped white or green onions. 1 T yellow mustard, and/or add 1/4 cup chopped dill pickles (without adding significant calories).
