beef strognoff

Ingredients
cut roast into strips 1 1/2 thick and 2'' long. salt and pepper sides well. melt butter in skillet and then brown strips for approximately 5 minutes until both sides are brown but not cook thoroughly. Add onion during this time . Then push meat to one side of pan, add flour and beef broth stirring on medium heat until it is creamy, then combine all meat with the sauce. Turn heat down to simmer and cover. Cook 60 min until meat is tender. Five minutes prior to serving mix wine and sour cream together and add to the beef mixture. cook an additional 5 minutes.
