Sausage and Peppers Breakfast

Ingredients
1 T Olive Oil1/2 green bell pepper, julienne sliced1/2 red bell pepper, julienne sliced1/2 yellow bell pepper, julienne sliced3 oz. Jenny-O Hardwood Smoked Turkey Sausage1 slice Tillamook PepperJack Cheese1 T chopped cilantro, optional
Directions
Saute all peppers and sausage in olive oil, When softened cover with slice of cheese and mix until cheese melts. Serve on plate.
