Mock Chocolate Milk Shake

4-5 Ice Cubes8 oz Milk, nonfat (skim milk)1 tablespoon Fat free half and half1 packet Hot Chocolate - Swiss Miss Diet1 teaspoon Cinnamon, ground2 tablespoons Hershey's Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein (I use Muscle Tech)
1. Using a blender of your choice, I use a Magic Bullett, put all ingredients in the blender cup. (if using a Magic Bullet Or other single serving blender make sure you put the Ice cubes in first.)
2. Wiz the blender until Ice is crushed.
3. Pour into a glass and Enjoy the creamy goodness.
