Slowcooker baby back ribs

Ingredients

1 cup brown sugar1 tablespoon Red pepper flakes1/4 cup garlic powder1/8 cup sea salt fine coarse1/8 cup ground ginger1/2 cup Mojo Marinade (Badia Brand)2 tsp Low sodium Worcestershire1 cup Green Apple Verdi Champagne
mix all dry ingredients in a medium bowl
wash off ribs in cold water pat dry
remove silver skin from the back of ribs (the thick membrane on the back of the ribs)
rub dry mix across ribs
rub in good let sit 20 minutes
cut ribs into 3 or 4 rib sections
place in slow cooker
close lid and go on high 3 to 4 hours
take remaining dry rub add the champagne and the remaining wet ingredients
add to a sauce pan and put on low
cook down until desired consistency. 2 tsp on ribs when they come out.
