Chicken Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
1 medium zuccini - sliced2 cups of roughly chopped cabbage3 cups of organic baby spinach1 cup of red onion, chopped2 cloves of garlic, minced1 boneless skinless chicken breast, cubed1/2 cup of broccoli, chopped1 cup of cauliflower, cut8 cups of Chicken broth, 99% fat free, organicSoy sauce to tastechicken boullion to taste6 tbsp of egg whites, if desired
Directions
Add chopped vegetables and chicken to broth, heat to boiling then turn down to low and simmer till vegetables are tender. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, chili flakes, and Tamari to taste. Bring soup back to a boil, add egg whites until cooked thoroughly, approximately 3 minutes.
