Ingredients
1/4 cup milk 1%2 cup frozen fruit1 small banana200 grams creamy yogurt1/2 cup wheat bran5 tsp sugar or to taste
Directions
Let the mixed fruit thaw a bit.
Put all of the ingredients into a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into 3 glasses.
Enjoy.
