Ingredients
Recipe 0.5 Cup Kraft Parmesan Cheese5 Cup Robin Hood Best For Bread Whole Wheat Flour 2 Cup Plain white flour2 Tbsp Granulated Sugar1 Tbsp Salt0.15 Cup Pumpkin seeds, raw0.15 Cup Sunflower seeds, unsalted, unroasted2 Tbsp Sesame seeds1 Jalapeno Peppers, diced1.5 Tbsp Yeast2.25 Cup WaterWater for Boiling3 quarts boiling water3 tablespoons white sugar1 tablespoon cornmealGlaze1 egg whiteDash of Cornmeal
Directions
Place water, salt, sugar, sesame seeds, chili flakes, Parmesan cheese, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, vital wheat gluten, flour and yeast in the bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer...wet to dry most often and choose the Dough setting.

When cycle is complete, let dough rest on a lightly floured surface. In a large pot bring 4 quarts of water and 4 tablespoons of sugar to a boil.

Cut dough into 12 sections, appx 120 grams each, and roll each piece into a small ball, poking a hole in the middle of each with your thumb. Cover bagels and let sit for 10 minutes.

Sprinkle Lay parchment and dust with cornmeal. Place the bagels in the pot of boiling water. Boil for about 1 minute flipping mid way through. Remove with a slotted spoon or a spatula. Lay on the parchment and brush with egg white, and additional toppings...I use more sesame seeds.

Bake in a preheated 375 degree F (190 degrees C) oven for 25 to 30 minutes, until well browned. (watch the bottoms do not burn before tops are browned.

Nice and chewy and versatile with whatever you want to throw in the dough. If you're making the dough in the bread machine and you add nuts or grains put in some vital wheat gluten so the dough will still rise. - 2/29/16
