Ingredients
3 large eggs3 tbsp greek yogurt (all natural)1 tsp vanilla1 tsp cinnamon3 tbsp chunky peanut butter for topping
Directions
Beat together all ingredients except peanut butter. Pour into warm nonstick pan at low heat making 2 pancake like circles. Cook slowly until well browned on each side. Remove from heat. Top with peanut butter and enjoy.
