Sweet Potato and Kale mashed potato

Ingredients
Boil skinned and cubed sweet potato.Chop kale and massage to help break down fibers.Drain potatoes. Add milk, goat cheese, and kale to same pot and cook till kale is wilted. Mash potatoe and add in with some salt and pepper.
