Steak & Potato Soup

Ingredients
12 oz. mixed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)8 oz. steak, cut up2 red potatoes, cut up1 can chicken broth1 cup water
Directions
Place chicken broth and water in saucepan. Add steak and potatoes, bring to boil, simmer 30 minutes. Add mixed vegetables and simmer 20 to 30 minutes longer.
