Breakfast meatballs-Sugar Detox menu

Ingredients
1/2 lb cheddar cheese, shredded3 large eggs1 lb. ground turkey2 tbsps chopped onion, minced1 lb lean ground beef
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350° F (175° C). Combine all ingredients and pepper to taste in a bowl, and mix thoroughly. Roll into 1 1/2" balls or drop by spoonfuls onto a cooking sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
Note: freezes well for later use.
