7up Pound Cake

Ingredients
Ingredients:1 & 1/2 sticks - Butter, unsalted1 & 1/2 cup - Granulated Sugar1 & 1/2 cup - Flour, white, 1/2 tsp - Vanilla Extract1 tsp - Lemon Extract4 - Eggs, large1/2 cup - 7up or Lemon Lime Soda
Directions
1 - Preheat oven to 325
2 - Grease & Flour Bundt Pan
3 - In large mixing bowl on medium, Beat butter just until fluffy
4 - Add in 1/4 cup sugar until well mixed; repeat until all sugar is added.
5 - Add 1 egg until well mixed; repeat until all eggs are added.
6 - Add extracts; mix well.
7 - Add in 1/4 cup flour until well mixed; repeat until all flour is added.
8 - Reduce mixing speed and SLOWLY add 4oz of 7-up or Lemon/Lime Soda.
9 - Pour mixture into Bundt Cake Pan
10 - Bake at 325 for about 35 minutes or until golden and springs back upon touch.
11 - Allow to cool for 15 minutes prior to Plating
12 - Allow up to 15 minutes prior to serving.
