Sesame Chia snaps

Ingredients
*Sesame Seeds (toasted), 1 1/2 cup Bob's Red Mill - Chia seeds - 1Tbsp=13g, 52 gram(s) Honey, 1/4 cup *Lemon Juice, 1/2 tsp Granulated Sugar, 1 cup Water, tap, 1/3 cup
Directions
Stir together sugar, water, honey, lemon, pinch of salt to a boil, do not stir to often. Boil on medium heat until golden amber. Remove from heat, add chia seeds and sesame seeds, and quickly transfer to parchment paper lined cookie sheet. spread evenly over parchment paper with a greased knife. With greased knife score the mixture in both directions to make lines for squares. Allow to cool. Once completely cool break along lines. Enjoy.
