1/2 cup flour1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (low fat)3 Tbsp cornmeal1 tsp paprika1/2 tsp black pepper1/4 cup egg beater or 1 egg white1/4 cup milk16 ounces of Tilapia or other white fish
Combine flour, Parmesan cheese, corn meal, paprika, and pepper. In separate dish combine egg and milk. Dip fillets in milk mixture, then in flour mixture. Place is greased 9X13 pan. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
