Lisa's Refried Bean Pies

1 LaAbuela ready-to-cook Tortilla2 tsp Franks red hot sauce1 Roma Tomato sliced1 TSP fresh cilantro1/4 c. shredded fat free cheddar cheese2 TSP fat free refried beans
Heat a medium size pan and cook only 1 side of your tortilla till lightly golden brown. Set aside on a plate.
Next, spread up to refried beans evenly on your tortillia (on the cooked side).
Sprinkle the cheese on the beans and fold over like a taco.
Place back in the pan and cook the uncooked side of the tortilla.
Top with the sliced tomato, cilantro, and hot sauce.
