Mahi Mahi with Pinapple-Orange Salsa

Ingredients
Salsa -chop & combine salsa ingredients11 oz pineapple (drained)11 oz Mandarin Orange Slices (drained)1/2 Small Red Onion2 t lime juice1 Jalapeno Chili (seeded)Rub for Fish - mix together & rub on fish5 t Brown Sugar5 t Lime Juice4 fish fillets (3 oz each)Spray pan with noncook cooking spray & fry 2-3 minutes on each side on med-high heat. Do not overcook, just until fish flakes. Spoon Salsa over fish fillets. Wild rice is a nice side to go with this fish.
