Cabbage and Beef Soup

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef1/2 tsp garlic salt1/4 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp white pepper2 celery ribs (chopped)1 can white beans, with liquid1/2 head cabbage1 can crushed tomatoes4 cups water4 beef bouillon cubeschopped fresh parsley for garnish
Directions
In a Dutch oven, brown the beef and drain.

Add remaining ingredients except the fresh parsley.
Bring to a boil ... reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 1 hour.

Garnish with fresh parsley.
