Apple Carrot Salad

Ingredients
4 cups carrots, grated2 cups apples, grated1/2 cup raisins1/2 cup walnuts, chopped1 tsp sea salt1 tsp black pepper1 tbsp apple cider vinegar1 tbsp avocado oil
Directions
Grate carrots and apples with grater or food processor to get the right amount (4 cups of carrots and 2 cups of apples).

Chop walnuts by hand or with a food processor.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and serve.

Serving Size: Makes 8 servings.
