*Ground Beef 93% Lean, 1.5 lbPork, loin,cooked 1 lbOnions, raw, 1 cup, chopped up *Green Chili Peppers, 1 canGarlic, 1 tbspOlive Oil, 1 tbsp 1/2 tsp. Cumin Powdercayenne pepper, 1 tsp Bush's Chili Beans, 1 canDel Monte Organic Diced Tomatoes, 1 canMateo's Gourmet Salsa, 3 cups
1. brown beef in half of olive oil in a skillet
2. saute onions, peppers, green chilies, garlic in a large sauce pan with rest of olive oil until onions & peppers are soft, season with cumin and cayenne
3. Add pork to beef skillet, stir to mix
4. Add beans, salsa and tomatoes to pan with onions
5. Add meat mixture pot, adjust by adding more tomatoe sauce or water to desired consistency.
6. Simmer for 2-3 hours
