Low Carb Hamburger,Ricotta cheese, and Spinach Lasagna Casserole

1 lb lean hamburger2 cloves of garlic1 teaspoon Kosher salt1 dash of black pepper1 carton (15 ounces) ricotta cheese part skim milk 1 egg3/4 cup of shredded low fat mozzarella cheese1 package(10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese.1 cup of marinara sauce.(Prego)
1.Brown hamburger until no longer pink.
2. Add garlic, salt and pepper to browned hamburger for 30 seconds. Set aside.
3. In a bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese, and spinach.
4. Spread 1/2 of marinara sauce into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Start layering with 1/2 of spinach mixture, 1/2 hamburger mixture, 1/2 Mozzarella cheese.
5. Repeat Layers
6.Bake uncovered at 375F for 30-35 minutes.
7. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
