Healthy Pancakes

Ingredients
Directions
1/2 cup Whole wheat flour1/4 cup All purpose flour1/4 cup Fiber One Cereal1 tsp. Baking powder1/4 tsp. Baking soda1 pkt. Sweet N Low1 tsp. Vanilla1 cup Non fat milk1 cup no sugar added apple sauce2 tbsp. Reduced fat creamy peanut butter1/4 cup Mrs. Butterworth's Sugar Free Syrup1/4 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
MIx all dry ingredients. Add Milk and vanilla, mix well.
Heat skillet over medium heat spray with cooking spray. Spoon mixture into pan, 2 pancakes at a time. Turn when bubbles appear on top of pancakes, turn and finish cooking.
Top 2 pancakes with 1 tbsp of the peanut butter, 1/2 cup of the apple sauce, 1/8 cup of the syrup and sprinkle with the cinnamon.
Serve and enjoy getting your fiber.
