Lauren's Homemade Hamburgers

Ingredients
3 lbs of Ground Beef2 eggs1 1/2 cups Italian Bread Crumbs6 tsp of Worcestershire Sauce2 tsp of Tony Chacheres Cajun Spice or one of your choosing2 tsp Onion powder2 tsp Garlic powder8 hamburger buns
Directions
Preparing the hamburgers:
1. Throw all the ingredients in a bowl and use your hands to mush together.
2. Create your own size patties. They can be any size that you really want. I made 7.

On the barbecue:
1. Heat to about 500 degrees.
2. Spray the rack with your choice of nonstick spray.
3. Place your pre-made patties on the pit and use your own judgement on how much you flip them. We flipped them about 4 times, total.
