4 large fillets of cod1 bag of brocoslaw1/4 cup sour cream2 tbsp of lime juice1/2 a jalapeno minced1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil4 pieces of Naan bread
mix sour cream and lime juice
mix into brocoslaw and minced jalapeno and sit aside
cook cod in olive oil until lightly browned
serve with naan bread
Serving Size: makes 4 good size portions
