Mash: 3 extra small (less than 6" long) Banana, fresh (About 3 4oz)6 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1.50 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 cup Applesauce, unsweetened 1 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened) 2 large Egg white, fresh 4 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla(1/2 C) (or any milk you prefer240 gram(s) Bob's Red Mill High Fiber Oat Bran (2 Cups)9 tbsp Nature’s Intent Organic Chia Seeds (about 2/3 Cup)
Directions
For 12 muffins - Bake for 18-20 minutes at 400, then turn oven down and bake until done (about 10 more minutes).

For 24 muffins - Bake for 18-20 minutes at 400, then turn oven down and bake until done.
