Beef Tips over Noodles

Ingredients
1 lb. Beef stew meat1 c. chopped Green pepper1 c. chopped White onion 1 1/2 c. sliced Fresh mushrooms1 Tbsp. Country crock (regular/soft)2 packets Marcum pork gravy mix (2 c. prepared)1 package Mantia's Italiano wide egg noodles
Directions
Add 1 Tbsp. country crock to saute pan, turn heat to med high & allow to melt. When melted & pan is hot, add beef tips & allow to brown, about 7-10 minutes. Once meat is browned add onions, green peppers, & mushrooms. Reduce heat to med. cover & allow all to simmer for about 45 minutes. Make gravy per package instructions and add to pan, continue to simmer uncovered, allowing sauce to reduce until desired thickness, about 15 minutes stirring occasionally. Put water in pot to boil for noodles & cook per package instructions.
Drain noodles & add 1 1/4 c. to each plate. Spoon 3/4 c. of tips & sauce over noodles.
