Waffles half whole wheat

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large *Flour, white, .5 cup *Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cup Milk, 1%, 7 fl oz Granulated Sugar, 1.5 tsp *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 4 tbsp Baking Powder, 2 tsp Salt, .25 tsp
Directions
Beat egg till fluffy. Add milk, oil, sugar and mix well.

In another bowl, mix flour, salt and baking powder.

Add to egg mixture until smooth.

Cook each waffle for about 4.5 minutes each.
