1/2 cup granulated sugar1/4 cup shortening2 eggs1 cup mashed bananas2 cups all purpose flour2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon baking soda1 cup chopped walnut
Mix sugar and shortening and eggs beat. Add mashed bananas. MIx flour baking powder, salt and soda stir into creamed mixture.Add walnut.s. Pour into greAased 9X5X3 loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 60-70 minutes,
