Ingredients
udon noodles (Matsuda), 1 serving Seaweed, wakame, 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds, .5 tbsp Spinach, fresh, 1 cup Avocados, California (Haas), 0.5 fruit without skin and seeds Baked Tofu, 2 oz Oranges, 1 large (3-1/16" dia)
Directions
Udon cook according to instruction. Rinse with cold water. Place on 2 plates or Bento boxes Sprinkle with wakame and sesame seeds add 1/4 avocado on each, chop baked tofu put 1 oz on both plates/Bento Boxes, slice orange in sections place on plates. Place 1/2 cup spinach on both plates.
