Ingredients
400g mince lean beef1 can of tomatoes2 cloves of garlicbasiloregano3 rashers bacon, chopped small1/2 bell pepper, chopped finemarjoram3 bay lkeaves
Directions
brown mince and bacon add garlic and herbs,
Add tomatoes, tomato paste and possibly 2cups of water, simmer for at least 1/2 an hour. the longer you simmer the better.
