1/2 Fresh pineapple, outer rind removed and cut into 1" spears.1 Sweet yellow Bell Pepper, washed, seeds and core removed and sliced into spears1 lemon, cut in half
Using a masticating juicer, add in pineapple and bell pepper alternatively. using a strainer, strain out excess pulp, ensuring to squeeze out as much juice as possible. With strainter, squeeze lemon over juice so as to catch all pulp and seeds. Serve and enjoy.
