brown rice for 8 people1 hard boiled egg per person3 T margarine1 onion finely chopped4 T flour4 cups tomato juice1 1/2 t. salt2 t sugar1 beef bouillon cube
prepare rice and hard boiled eggs. saute margarine and onion until onion is clear. Add flour and stir. Add tomato juice, salt, sugar, bouillon cube. Cook stirring until thickened.. Simmer 5 minutes. serve over hot rice and garnish with sliced eggs.
