3/4 Cup Organic Flour1/4 cup Truvia Baking Blend2 TBSP Truvia Baking Blend brown sugar1 egg1/8 Cup of Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Cocoa1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1 tsp vanilla1 cup Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips1 smashed avocado Ripe (Green, not brown Avocado)
1. Smash Avocado in a bowl (Used a Hand Mixer)
2. Add Egg
3. Add Everything else except for Flour and Chocolate Chips
4. Add in Flour and use Hand Mixer until it is to thick then mix by hand with spoon or spatula.
5. Add in Chocolate Chips
6. Scoop onto Cookie Sheet with a small Cookie Scoop
7. Bake for 12-14 minutes at 375 Degrees
