Southwestern Grain Salad with Steak and Veggies

Ingredients
1/2 of each green, red, and yellow large bell peppers1 C carrot matchsticks1 small onion, sliced into slivers2 C mushrooms, cleaned and sliced12 oz eye of round or other steak1 pkg Suddenly Salad - Southwest Grains, prepared
Directions
Broil or grill steak. Cut into thin strips.

Stir-fry veggies in a skillet prepared with cooking spray until tender-crisp.

Plate 1/4 of the veggies, topped with 3 oz of steak. Add 1/2 cup of salad on top of that. Enjoy!
