CG's Homemade Tortilla Soup

Ingredients
1 small can tomato paste1 pack Knorrs condensed reduced sodium chicken stock6 cups of water1/2 small white onion2 Tbsp cumin1/2 tsp black peppersalt to tasteHandful of crushed tortilla chipsTop with chopped cilantrolemon or lime juice to tasteYum
Directions
1.Boil chicken or cook in a pressure cooker until it becomes shreddable.
2.Once cooled, shred chicken and set aside.
3.Pour six cups of water into a pot and add condensed chicken stock and tomato paste. Boil on medium high, constantly stirring until dissolved.
4. Chop half of a Serrano pepper and onion and toss into pot.
5. Toss in shredded chicken, black pepper, cumin and salt.
6.Boil for approximately 15-20 minutes.

Top each individual bowl with cilantro and a squeeze of fresh lemon or lime. Add crushed tortilla chips and devour.
