Ingredients
1 lb. Ground beef (85/15) raw Zucchini, 1 medium - seeded section, diced *Coconut Milk, Organic, Classic, Unsweetened (Native Forest), about 1 cup (1/2 can) 1.5 Tbsp. Arrowroot starch
Directions
Saute ground meat in skillet, adding seasonings to taste (I used granulated garlic, rosemary, basil, salt, and pepper). Add diced zucchini (the seeded part left after making zucchini noodles). Add 1/2 cup beef broth and 1/2 can well-stirred coconut milk. Add arrowroot, and cook down a bit to thicken/ reduce volume. Serve over sauteed zucchini nood.es
