PATs Salmon potato cakes

Ingredients
8 oz. SALMON-Wild, Atlantic, 8 oz. White potato Mashed.0.5 tsp. Minced Onion 1 Eggland's Best Large Egg, Black pepper to taste.Spray Canola spray in to a skillet
Directions
Peel and boil white potatoes.
Microwave salmon pieces for 2 minutes on 8 power
Mash white potatoes - add black pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients gently. Divide by 4.
Make in to 4 patties.
Add seasoning you like. Old bay and dill weed on top and bottom of patties. Fry to golden brown and serve immediatel;y
