Sausage & Spinach cheese frattata

Ingredients
4 cups egg substitute1 pkg of lite sausage links cut into small pieces1 cup cabot cheese1 cup fresh steamed spinach
Directions
Preheat oven at 350 degree
Use Pam spray to coat a square glass baking dish.
Beat 4 cups of egg substitute and pour into deep dish skillet. Stir until it starts to thicken and then add sausage, spinach, and cheese. Continue to stir mixture until it begins to set. Pour mixture into glass baking dish and place in center of preheated oven. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until the top is browned and a knife inserted in the ceneter comes out clean. ]
