Turkey Vegetable meatloaf

Directions
1 medium carrot, shredded1 medium small zucchini, shredded1 small onion, diced1 stalk celery with leaves, diced4 oz. mushrooms, diced3/4 cup bulgar2 tsp oregano1 tsp basil1.5 tsp salt.5 tsp pepper1 lb lean ground turkey28 oz. crushed tomatoes3 oz feta, crumbled
small dice or shred all vegetables
mix all ingredients except tomatoes and feta
shape into meatloaf in a 9x13 pan
cover with crushed tomatoes
sprinkle with feta
bake in 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
