Vegetable Cod Soup

1 lb cod fish fillet, skin removed and chopped 1" cubes1/2 cup sweet red pepper, chopped1/4 cup onion, chopped1 Tbs butter or margarine3 1/2 cups vegetable broth3 1/2 cups chicken broth1 cup frozen green beans cut1 cup cabbage, coarsely chopped1/2 cup carrot, sliced1/4 tsp dried basil, crushed1/4 tsp dried thyme, crushed1/8 tsp dried rosemary, crushed1/4 tsp black pepper1/2 tsp old bay seasoning or more to taste
thaw cod, if frozen, cut into 1 inch pieces. In pan cook butter, red sweet pepper and onion until tender. In large post mox vegetable broth, chicken broth, green beans, cabbage, carrots, basil thyme, rosemary, pepper, old bay seasoning and sauted vegetables. Bring to boiling, reduce heat and simmer covered for 5 to 8 monutes. Add fish return to boiling, reduce heat and simmer, covered for 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
