Baked Eggrolls

10 Nasoya Eggroll wrappers3 oz cooked chopped Chicken Breast2 c Coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage)1.5 tbs Hoisin Sauce2 tsp Liquid Amino or Soy SauceOlive Oil Spray
Preheat oven to 375
In a bowl mix together the chicken, shredded cabbage, Hoisin sauce and Liquid Amino.
Follow the instructions on the package of wrappers, to fill each eggroll. Spay a cooking sheet with the olive oil spray and line up the eggrolls seam down. Spray the tops of the egg rolls and bak for 15 minutes. Turn them over and bake for another 15 minutes.
