Honey Almond Chicken Salad

Ingredients
Diced chicken, celery, raisins, pimentio olives, slivered almonds, honey, lemon juice, mayo, and raisins (optional).
Directions
Grill or bake 1 pound of chicken. Let cool. Dice into small chunks. Mix with 1 cup slivered almonds, 1 cup sliced or diced celery, 1/2 cup pimento olives, 1/2 cup raisins, 2 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp light mayo and 1 tbsp lemon juice.
