Ingredients
1/3 Cup of ea - Olive Oil, Balsalmic Vinagrette, Soy Sauce 1/3 cup )1 TBSP Dijon MustardGarlic, minced - 4 cloves2 tsp black pepper corn (ground) - to taste 1-2 TBSP Rosemary, dried, 1 med yellow onion - chopped 2 lb Flank Steak
Directions
Mix marinade
marinade flank over night
grill high heat 4 min each side (med rare)
want thickest part of meat to be soft but not mushy
remove from heat at desired doneness and allow to rest 5 + minutes under loose foil tent
slice against grain
