Chipotle Turkey and Sweet Potato Hash Skillet

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey2 small sweet potatoes1 bag steamfresh Chiptole corn blend1 sm onion. diced1 4 oz can chopped green chili1 T vegetable oilcuminchili powdercayenne peppergarlic powder
Directions
Preheat oven 400. Peel and dice sweet potatoes. Put in bowl and spinkle oil and cumin, cayenne, stir to coat. Put on foil lined baking sheet and bake for 25 mins until soft. In the mean time brown turkey, onions and spices in pan with lid. When done add frozen veggies and chilies. Put lid on and turn down the heat to steam until hot and done. Stirring to break up veggies. When sweet potatoes are done toss them in the pot and gently stir. Cover and let cook 5 mins on low to blend flavors.
