Thai Lettuce Wraps

Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips Carrots, raw, 1 cup, strips or slices Cabbage, red, fresh, 2 cup, chopped Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slicesBean sprouts, 1/2 cupTurkey breast meat, 8 ounce(s) *Peanut Butter, chunk style, 2 tbsp *Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp *Diet Sprite Zero, 8 oz Cornstarch, .1 TbspThai Chili Sauce, 1 tbsp Lettuce, red leaf 32 leaf outer
Saute Vegetables (except lettuce leaves) in 1 tbsp olive oil.
Add turkey breast
Combine soy sauce, peanut butter, sprite and chili sauce. When combined, add 1 tbsp corn starch. Add to pan and cook until thickened.
Place a couple tablespoons of filling in a lettuce leaf. Wrap it like a burrito or taco and enjoy!
I got the idea of using diet sprite from another recipe on this site. Really made the dish taste like we used a sauce higher in sugar and fats!
