Green Mango Smoothie

Ingredients
2 medium stalks (110g) celery hearts1 oz kale, raw1 oz spinach, raw1/4 cup (25g) wild harvest power greens2.5 oz frozen mango chunks1/2 banana, sliced and frozen (1.76 oz)1/2 cup (113g) simply balanced greek yogurt, plain nonfatwater, enough to blend to desired consistencyoptional: ice to thicken
Directions
Measure out ingredients, roughly chop the celery and kale. Combine in blender and add water and ice as needed to get the desired consistency.
