Ham and Navy bean stew

Ingredients
Beans, navy, 680 grams = 18 ouncesCelery, cooked, 2 stalks diced Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), 340 grams = 12 ouncesCarrots, cooked, 3 carrotOnions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia)1 Tbsp olive oil
Directions
soak beans over night
cook beans in a crock pot 6 hours with 2 quarts water and herbs to taste
dice and saute celery, onion, carrot and ham in olive oil
add beans
stir and season to taste
