Water 2 cup (16 ounces) Chicken Broth, 4 cup (8 fl oz) *Alphabet Pasta, 1.5 cup Peas and carrots, frozen, 3 cup *Onion powder, .5 tsp Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 6 large *Parmasian Cheese Grated, 10.5 tbsp
Combine broth, pasta, water, peas and carrots, and onion powder in medium sauce pan. Bring to boil, turn down heat to low boil until pasta is cooked (about 5 minutes). Add the beaten egg and parmasian cheese, stirring constantly on low-medium heat until eggs are set (about 5 minutes).
Serve in bowls.
