Whole Wheat Batter Bread

4 cups whole wheat flour2 envelopes Fleischmann's RapidRise Yeast2 tsp sea salt1 and 1/2 cups water1/4 cup milk1/4 cup honey3 tbsp butter or margarine1/2 cup wheat bran
Combine 2 cups flour, yeast, and salt in a large bowl. Heat water, milk, honey, and butter until very warm (120-130 degrees F). Add to flour mixture. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed of electric mixer, scraping bowl occasionally. Add 1/2 cup flour and wheat bran; beat 2 minutes at high speed. Stir in remaining flour to make a stiff batter.
Place in greased 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Cover; let rise in warm, draft-free place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake 45 minutes or until done. Remove from pan immediately and let cool on wire rack.
Serving Size: Makes approximately 16 slices
