Easy Cajun Jambalaya (300g)

Ingredients
0.96 tsp Onion powder 0.48 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 3.84 1tsp Olive Oil 479.45 Celery, raw 3.84 clove Garlic 0.96 large Onions, raw 431.51 Green Peppers (bell peppers) 3.84 cup White Rice, medium grain 7.67 cup Chicken stock, home-prepared 3.84 tsp Sauce - Worcestershire Sauce - Winn Dixie (1 tsp.) 5.75 serving Bay leaves dried (serving size 1 leave) 450 grams Smoked sausage 1000 grams Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
Directions
Heat oil in large pot and saute chicken and sausage until lightly browned. Stir in vegetables; season with cayenne, onion powder, salt and pepper. Cook 5 minutes or until onion is tender and clear. Add rice, then stir in chicken stock and bay leaves. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes or until rice is tender. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce.
